We like keeping things simple, thats why we have broken it down below so that life is easier.
As much as we offer unlimited laundry cleans, our service is governed by our Fair Usage policy which simply implies that an ordinary person cleans their laundry 4 times a month (every weekend) and as such, Folded has extended this to up to 8 times a month (double the normal usage), essentially you can get 2 weekly pickups.
Our laundry bags are equivalent to the size of a normal domestic size laundry basket which can take a typical load of up to 7 kg. With that, now you can choose a package or plan that best suits your needs.
Currently we only accept credit or cheque cards when you subscribe for our monthly plan and this payment method will be billed monthly for your subscription.
No, your single subscription fee allows you to use our service with no limits. You can pause the service at any time that suits you.
We aim to deliver your laundry within 48hrs of picking it up; It will be returned in a professional packaged manner.
No contract. It’s on a month to month basis, with an option for you pause your subscription whenever you’d like. Simply login to your account and swipe "Pause".
